Sowing: indoors in February-March, 2-3 seeds per pot for early harvest; outdoors in April-May in the ground, 3-4 seeds per pot.
Transplanting: outdoors in April-May; leave one plant per pot when plants have 3-4 leaves.
Spacing: 2 m between rows and 1 to 1,5 m in the row.
Tips: Pumpkins are harvested with a few centimetres of stem and left to dry for a few days in the sun; they can be stored for several months without spoiling.
